In HBaseFsck#unassignMetaReplica() , ZooKeeperWatcher is not closed upon return
from the method:

ZKUtil.deleteNode(zkw,
zkw.getZNodeForReplica(hi.metaEntry.getReplicaId()));
{code}
This leads to resource leak.
