*Description*
For now we can't create a test cluster without any storage profile.
*Motivation*
We may want to add tests with custom storage profiles for only one storage
engine. The current realization forces us to use all engines automatically.
*Definition of done*
1. We're able to create test Cluster without any storage profile and storage
engine at all.
