Steps to replicate:
1. Add Maven 2.0x Project
2. Build Project
3. Click on the Release button
4. It is then directed to Release project page
5. Select Perform Project Release
6. Click Submit button and it would then be directed to Perform Project Release
page
7. Click Submit button
Result: Blank page
