The Solr community tries to avoid using JIRA as a support portal. It's
intended for reports of known bugs, or enhancements.
Please take your question over to the us...@solr.apache.org mailing list and
the community will try to answer it there. If you re-ask on the mailing list,
please provide more information e.g. the version of Solr you're using, your
backup repository configuration, the exact requests you're sending to Solr and
the response you get back, etc.
