org.apache.solr.handler.admin.LukeRequestHandlerTest#testIndexHeapUsageBytes 
continues to fail.

But moreover, I think we should drop the indexHeapUsageBytes statistic/metric.  
It's simply not supported anymore.  It was only very recently in 8.6 that it 
worked -- SOLR-8394.  Why did you keep it here [~janhoy]?
