I just figured out that this requires an upgrade from
{{org.codehaus.woodstox:woodstox-core-asl=4.4.1}} to
{{com.fasterxml.woodstox:woodstox-core=6.2.4}}.
woodstox-core-asl is no longer used in the project. This upgrade did not
require any code changes in solr-core, and all tests pass.
