It would be interesting to see if the other S3 mock has the same issues around
the solrj that is launched and tear down. Those times won’t show in junits
measurements. It would be more ideal if we didn’t have to workaround a clean
shutdown even if it didn’t help with general test length. The current mock gets
through now due to a variety of slow measures that are not supposed be relied
upon, but better than doing something faster and targeted to this would be a
quick clean shutdown if possible.
