It is becoming apparent that the nominations process, being based on updating
files in SVN, is becoming:
- Easy for people to forget updating the relevant files with information which,
for some voting members, plays important role in assessing the nominees
- More error prone
This ticket is to collect requirements for new features/enhancements for Apache
STeve to solve such problems.
