Per the bylaws, newly elected member candidates have 30 days to accept and
return paperwork. Having a way to cleanly track all newly elected members
through the steps after the election would be helpful:
- Maintain list of Apache IDs of new candidates (that were elected)
- Reminder feature for existing member who nominated that candidate to send an
invitation
- Checkboxes for "email invitation has been sent", "has returned application"
and "has been recorded and member flag set"
Integration with emails and existing secretary workbench features would be
nice, but not required: what would be useful is a consistent place to track the
above status for just the newly elected candidates.
