The following skills and experience are required. Cisco SAN Implementation. Cisco SAN administration (design, planning, and maintenance). This includes FC and FC/IP. Strong understanding of VSAN's, Zoning, and IVR would be required. Cisco SAN troubleshooting. Cisco SAN performance monitoring. HP StorageWorks EVA administration (strong understanding of the EVA family of storage and products). Includes array maintenance, firmware updates, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring Storage administration (provision/manage/monitor storage). Strong understanding and experience with HP's StorageWorks software products (i.e. Continuous Access). Responsible for checking the list of alert emails daily for the SAN and storage environments and take appropriate action. While not responsible for host provisioning or support, a strong understanding of Windows and MSCS is a plus.
