Designation: C# .Net INPERSON without a phone screen Responsibilities v Produce design related documentation in different forms, per project requirements v Quickly provide realistic estimates for planned work and be able to clearly explain them v Deliver testable code, and regularly conduct unit tests, in a continuous integration environment v Support the quality assurance group during functional and regression testing of software v Follow application development standards based on Microsoft best practices Qualifications v Experience with software design and development using the following technologies: - ASP.NET - ADO.NET - AJAX - XSLT - WCF - WF - C# v Proven development expertise with web application technologies (ASP.NET, AJAX) v Knowledge of cross browser issues and how to resolve them v Experience working with and developing XML schemas and developing web services v Experience with certificate based authentication and scripted VPN over SSL connections v Experience integrating with Microsoft's SCCM and SCOM applications v Experience building middleware components using WF and WCF. v Practical experience with test driven development and continuous integration v At least 3-5 years of experience developing Microsoft-based enterprise applications. v Hands-on experience using Visual Studio .NET 2005/8 and .NET Framework 3.5 v Creative, innovative with an eagerness to learn and share ideas v Excellent communication skills, both written and oral v High motivation level and superior attention to detail v BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
