Takes delegation well Understands process flows and SOAP faults. e.. Excellent research and problem solving skills Preferred: Knowledge of Telegence and CARE (billing systems) Knowledge of back end systems (middleware) Knowledge of the telecommunications field This position requires someone who is a self-starter and has the ability to learn quickly and effectively. This individual must be able to manage their time effectively and be willing to work outside normal business hours as required.
