Update 1/7/09:
ARS 6.3 server - Must have
ARS Midtier 6x or better - Must have
Demonstrated experience in a designing/building totally custom
remedy applications. - Must have
Enterprise/Global application design principles. - Must have
Solaris 10 - ability to use not admin
Oracle 10g - ability to use not admin
Scripting with PL/SQL, Java, or Perl/ARSPerl - At least one would
be preferred.
ORIGINAL SKILL REQUEST:
Thorough knowledge of Remedy ARS development environment for v7.1
or higher (Remedy API is a plus)
Minimum of 4 years Remedy development experience
Disciplined approach to Remedy Object identification and
configuration control
(Version Control) including knowledge of Remedy Migrator
(experience with IBM Rational ClearCase is a plus)
Ability to translate requirements into a well
architected/integrated Remedy solution
Working knowledge of the Remedy ITSM 7 suite of applications, such
as Problem, Incident, Service Request, Change and Asset management, etc.
Experience with AIX/UNIX platforms (IBM DB2 skills are a plus)
Experience with web skills - Remedy Mid-tier running on IBM
WebSphere
Self-starter with ability to get work done independently
ITIL Foundation concepts for CMDB, Problem, Incident and Service
Request management.
Strong communication skills
Minimum of 4 years Remedy development experience is desired
Remedy certification and ITIL Foundation Certification a plus!
