Project: • Implement RedPrairie's Time and Incentive system to enable payment of incentive bonuses based upon an employee's individual, team or supervisory performance in excess of the building and role standards. • Performance levels will be defined in excess of the standard for a role related to an individual's efficiency, quality, and safety. • Payments of incentives will be made on a weekly basis. • Incentive system will be implemented for all (permanent/seasonal) hourly employees at the retail distribution centers. • Enhance the Workforce Management System with the Time & Incentive features found in version 2008.1. • Upgrade the Workforce Management System hardware to support the new Time & Incentive version 2008.1. • Implement an enterprise reporting system to support the upgraded LMS and newly implemented Time and Incentives module across the entire network.
