Job Summary: Change Management Specialist The consultant will provide change management support to the project. Under direction of the Change Management Lead, they will develop change management strategies and execute on deliverables within the defined strategies. Deliverables may include but are not limited to the following: . Stakeholder Analysis . Change Impact Analysis . Headcount Analysis . Readiness Assessments . Project Success Measures . Roadshows . Business Process Definition . Communication Plans The consultant will partner closely with business clients and establish strong working relationships. Consultant will establish timelines and report regularly on progress to the Amgen Change Management Lead. If needed, the consultant may be called upon to assist in activities related to change management such as training and communications. Change management experience is required. The consultant will support the Change Management Lead. They will report to the vendor Account Manager who is responsible for tracking and conveying reporting requirements to the vendor. Any issues or concerns from Amgen management will be directed to this Manager for problem resolution. Contract staff will follow all appropriate Amgen employee policies and procedures unless otherwise specified by the supervisor.
