Position: IBM Websphere MQ Engineer Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 3+ Months Best rate: $58/Hr Best Candidates local to TX will be given preference!! Required Skills: Need a Websphere MQ Engineer consultant in Dallas, TX. This is initially scoped as a 3 month contract but will be extended into a long term contract if the candidate is successful. . Experience in engineering and administering IBM MQSeries products (5.3 and above). . 5+ years of Websphere MQ experience . Has strong understanding of MQ clustering . 5+ years of experience with Pub / Sub messaging and Message broker. . 2+ years of experience with Websphere Portal . Is able to provide 24x7 WebSphere MQ on-call support in an H/A environment . Has experience working with Security exits (MQAUSX) . Can troubleshoot TCP/IP intercommunication within zoned-network architecture . Experience with Veritas Storage Foundation H/A v4.1+ (Clustering) to provide an H/A environment. . 2 years of experience with UNIX and Windows systems administration . Some UNIX Shell Scripting . Hardware / Software architecture, design, testing and troubleshooting . Experience working as part of project team and can handle multiple projects simultaneously . Self motivated . Positive customer interfacing skills Preferred Skills: . Experience and Support of IBM MQ Series products ( V 5.3 and Above ) . Websphere MQ API . Experience with Applications using the MQ Clients .
