They have all the staffing rights and are moving very quick... Can get interviews by tomorrow for right candidates.... The manager needs "heads down" testers. They should have 5 yrs of experience; some Mainframe testing is a must. Local candidates highly preferred as an on site interview is required. Health care is a big plus too! REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 3 - 5 years experience in test planning, writing test cases 2-3 years of experience with any testing tools Well organized and attentive to detail Good understanding of testing methodology Ability to log test results and defects. 3-5 yrs application testing experience with testing Mainframe systems Must have strong communication skills, customer and client interfacing responsibilities Experience with UAT, integration and performance testing Experience creating test cases, test plans and test scripts Healthcare experience preferred Thanks and Regards, Nick Carter - Data Group Inc.
