Candidate should come with experience and skills that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position: • Works closely with Business and project team to analyze business needs and opportunities that can be solution by software and technical deliverables (i.e., applications, data, reporting). • Understand the current Business process and IT systems involved • Analyze the changes performed on legacy CRM application, translate them to business and functional requirements for Service Cloud • Review the service cloud build and recommend as per industry best practices • Develop and maintain business requirements, design and other documentation for enhancements and system modifications which may include end-user training materials. • Provides status reporting on assigned projects. Develops and executes the project communications plan to keep the Business Sponsors and Stakeholders informed of project status, change requests and risks *Required Skills:* • *Deep knowledge and experience with Salesforce Service Cloud; expertise in Salesforce architecture, design, development and demonstrated experience* • A self-starter who thinks strategically and outside the box for creative solutions, with great follow-through, and thrives when entrusted with individual empowerment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • A minimum of 7-10 years of IT experience on CRM applications *• Must have BA skills, Salesforce certified and Service cloud experience is a must.
