Nah itu dia masalahnya.... kalo lagi diuntungin kita bisa merasa enak pake telkom flexi ... tapi kalo kita tau kita ditagih tanpa alasan biaya yang jelas..... :) yang ada paling komplain dan menggerutu.... Soalnya banyak juga sih mailing list yang menjelaskan kekecewaan mereka setelah memakai produk Telkom .....
