Saya penah mengalaminya,tapi bukan di server. Kejadiannya di win2000 prof : solusinya cukup simple,copy ntldr di komputer yang masih ok ke root komputer yang ntldr nya missing,langsung ok tuh. Ato kalo kagak ya terpaksa repair (the last way) mungkin ini berguna,jadi coba aja dulu ok!!!
