Vacancy opening available for the role of IT ADMIN/SUPPORT STAFF at PT Schenker Petrolog Utama, Jakarta.
You must be: · a single Male/Female, not more than 25 years of age on March 1, 2006 · an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with a strong ability to learn new skills · a confident communicator who can support end users, with a moderate standard of written and oral English · proficient in troubleshooting PC hardware and associated peripherals, as well as networking equipment · capable of supporting common desktop applications · knowledgeable in Windows 98/2000/XP · familiarity in TCP/IP, Internet and LAN/WAN environments The following would be advantageous: - familiarity in any high level programming language (.NET, PHP, Perl, Java, etc.) - database programming (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SAPDb, etc.) - knowledge of other operating systems (Linux, Unix, Netware) - prior experience in the same job field Main responsibilities will include: day to day support of all end users, Desktop and Server support, network troubleshooting and maintenance, Data backups and clerical duties within the IT Department.
