Pertanyaan yang bagus. Yang saya maksud adalah blocking ext di server antivirus email bukan di antivirus yang terinstall di PC; jadi setiap kali ada incoming email dengan ext yang diblok maka email tersebut tidak akan sampai ke mailbox user.
