Mas maksudnya mailboxnya sering ilang ato ilang mulu? dah diliat di exchange-nya beneran ilang gak? yg mailboxnya ilang tuh semua user ato cuman atu?
coba kalo pas error, di cek pake webmail-nya bisa gak, terus kalo gak bisa coba di ping servernya.
