Ada pepatah : "If you pay peanuts, you get yourself a monkey" Kalau jaringan anda ini bisa down semena mena, dibuat mainan test sana sini, ya anda gak perlu hire orang buat khusus maintenance jaringan ini. Tapi kalau jaringan ini vital untuk production, tidak boleh down lebih lama dari x menit perhari, kualitas terjaga, ya sebaiknya anda hire professional untuk doing this. Atau kalo budget untuk full time maintenance person tidak anda, anda bisa beli maintenance contract ke vendor, dengan service level agreement sekian sekian, response time x hours kudu udah datang, resolution time max x hours, escalation time max x days, dll.
