Rekan2 IT, Saya beberapa hari yg lalu menginstall winroute dan telah membuat beberapa filter untuk user2 di kantor saya.
Pagi ini permasalahan timbul krn password yg kemarin aku masukkan ternyata lupa sehingga waktu saya ingin masuk ke setting password admin nya tidak bisa masuk, padahal kemarin sudah saya setting utk beberapa klien. Jadi tidak mungkin untuk menguninstall/ install ulang lagi. Kira2 saya mesti gimana nih untuk bisa masuk ke administration console di kerio winroute v.5 nya.
