Rekans, Ada penawaran ke saya untuk proyek IT outsource sebuah company yg mempunyai banyak cabang di daerah. Karena belum pernah ngalami, mohon bantuan untuk sharing. biasanya langkah2 selanjutnya apa saja ya? mungkin dari sisi kontrak, tenaganya, biaya jasa, jenis2 maintenance dll.
