Sepertinya masalahnya di Software Wingate Pak. Karena saya pakai Wingate juga begitu untuk YM sering up/down.
Setelah saya coba ganti pakai software yang lain, CC Proxy, Winproxy, Kerio. Tidak ada masalah tuh..up terus.
