1. check kabel nya lagi ... jgn dari lampu nyala ngga nya tapi liat dari sistem kabling nya 2. cek apakah static ip atau dhcp client nya ( tergantung server nya ) 3. ping jaringan bisa ga ? 4. kalau no 3 bisa coba ping internet ( kalau di ijinkan oleh adminnya ) 5. tanya adminnya
