File VCD setahu saya ngak bisa dikompres lagi nih, kecuali diencoding ke format lain yang lebih kecil ukurannya, misalnya wmv, 10 menit sekitar 7mb.
Solusinya, copy aja ke DVD (4,7 gb) atau DVD double layer.
