Hi, Ini dinamakan politik perusahaan. Dan ini lazim dialami oleh hampir semua perusahaan menengah & besar. Ini terjadi juga mungkin krn lebih dari 1 faktor. Jadi tidak hanya soal software bajakan, mungkin juga attitude/tingkah laku pegawai itu sendiri di mata lingkungan kerja perusahaan.
