Halo, klo ga salah, yg kmu ketik itu (<!DOCTYPE...) adalah header klo kmu mo
buat
dokumen XHTML (Xtensible HTML), klo cuma buat CSS menurut aku ga perlu
Header XHTML (kmu bs hilangin header XHTML yg kmu ketik, spy CSSnya bisa
jalan), btw script kmu dibawah ada yg kurang cuma sebenarnya ga terlalu
ngaruh yaitu tag <html>. Cb kode dibawah..
Sorry ya klo ada yg salah tentang penjelasan aku..
