mungkin HDnya udah hampir penuh atau ada virus yg menganggu
trus ini install ulang atau format ulang(beda lho)
kalo ada masalah dalam instalasi biasa nya ada file yg corrupt atau cd nya
tidak bisa terbaca dengan baik di CD/DVD ROM
