Kalau anda punya backupannya thunderbird maka buka folder Data>profile>mail>naam user kopikan file inbox.msf dan inbox tnp ekstensi ke file inbox thunderbird yang rusak.. Oleh karena itu sering-seringlah membackup data email anda.Kalau sent item dan draft juga hilang cobalah kopi yang anda butuhkan ke thundrbird yang rusak tersebut.
