Hehehe, anda kerja di Lintasarta masa gak tahu kenapa bisa
begitu. Itu karena CIR-nya tdk murni 1:1, malah bisa 1:10.
Dishare ke 10 user lainnya. Seharusnya klo bandwidth yg
kita sewa 512 Kbps, untuk download hanya dgn satu komp
saja, dgn catatan gak disharing ke komp lain, speed download
bisa mencapai 50 s/d 55 kbps tuch. Klo cuma dapet 37 kbps
itu mah kurang optimal.
