Karena sepertinya dari awal anda install os di D: maka harus format ulang
Atau.. mungkin bisa dengan merubah D: menjadi C: (dan sebaliknya) lewat
device manager
Kalau kemudian gagal (error), back to 1st option: format ulang ^_^
