mungkin bisa "cerita" yang lebih panjang pak/bu Lase ?
upaya apa yang dilakukan, kenapa susah koneksi, apa yg dimksud instalasi lan
menurut pak/bu Lase ini dst.
walau terkendala bahasa kalau ceritanya lengkap pasti ada solusinya.
