PT Kelly Services Indonesia, working together with its Client, invites professional to join the following positions: 1. IT Business Analyst Assistant Manager Reporting to: IT Business Analyst Senior Manager Responsibilities: - Lead requirement gathering analysis process for fairly complex projects. Engage business users and solution architect / delivery team to document robust business requirements (i.e. BRS) for system development. - Liaise with relevant users on scope, BRS and UAT plans and test cases and provide feedbacks. - Coordinate with solution architects and delivery team to confirm ballpark estimation and project scheduling in TOR. - Obtain signoff from business users. - Support the rationalisation and synergy of business requirements across countries. - Conduct system test results verification prior to releasing system for UAT. - Act as the IT coordinator to lead the users to define user acceptance test and deployment / implementation activities. - Facilitate the communication between IT, test centre and business stakeholders to ensure all have a clear and complete understanding of the requirements. - Set up / maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix for complex projects. - Ensure compliance with all IT governance activities during system development. - Assist IT and Business project managers to monitor project progress to ensure quality, deliverable milestones and costs. - Create, maintain and update the set of methodology for all the region and ensure adherence Requirement:  University graduate preferably in Business, Finance, IT or other related disciplines.  5+ years proven experience in business requirement gathering or application functional design.  More than 5 years solid experience in life insurance / pension / group insurance / general insurance / business / finance / technology analysis in large scaled projects.  A Professional Certification in Rational Object Oriented Analysis and Design/ Rational Requirements Management with Use Cases Certification / Rational Unified Process Certification is preferred  Previous project management experience and testing experience will be a credit.  Strong analytical and problem solving skills along with being organized, structured, assertive are required.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong report writing ability  Strong interpersonal skills and proven organisational negotiation and influencing skills. Fluency in English speaking and writing is essential.  Credibility, persistence, confidence to manage projects, conduct workshops and presentations with senior management and other stakeholders  Quick thinking ability and an inquiring mind. 2. IT Business Services Manager Reporting to: IT Demand Senior Manager Responsibilities: - Being the IT Key person of the business entity - To assist the business entity in following up the new requirement system - To assist the business entity and problem follow-up - Do poll park estimation of the system to the regional - To gather IT strategic business for the future plan - To assist the business entity on maintenance budgeting Requirement:  University degree in Computer Science  Having 4 to 5 years experience in system design and analysis, with minimum of 2 years experience in Business Analyst  Candidate with IT knowledge in infrastructure are preferable for this position  Insurance industry background is preferred but also open from financial institutions and banking  Able to work independently  Good command of English 3. Strategy & Planning Assistant Manager to Sr. Manager Reporting to: Chief of Strategy & Planning Responsibilities: - Responsible for planning and directing an organization's strategic and long-range goals. - Conducts organizational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and to evaluate operational effectiveness Requirement:  Bachelor degree in finance, management, IT, engineering, mathematics or related field.
