Dear Julius, Biasanya itu karena malware ato trojan. virus umumnya merusak file di computer. Anda bisa menggunakan normal removal, gunakan yg versi protable saja. jika sudah berhasil remove, ganti antivirus anda yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya.
