No, it doesn't give any error messages.
The xNASDAQLastSale wsdl has 4 bindings: ("XigniteNASDAQLastSaleSoap",
"XigniteNASDAQLastSaleSoap12", "XigniteNASDAQLastSaleHttpGet"
and "XigniteNASDAQLastSaleHttpPost").
When I tried the command you gave I got the stub for just the first
binding.
Shouldn't I get 4 stubs, one for each binding?
