Are you wanting to copy and paste rows and columns somewhere else in excel?
If so, the shift-spacebar is the copy command for a row and control-spacebar is the copy for a column. you also can hold down the shift key like with your left hand and use the right/left arrow keys to select blocks of text to move elsewhere as well. One thing to note...if you use any kind of dollars/cents which you can copy and paste into anotehr cell, it tends to show as ### sign to get your copied info to show up just widen your cell...
