Hi all:

We finally got it figured out. Instead of cutting and pasting I needed to
copy and paste. My friend called with the solution. We went into the Icons
folder and copied the programs I wanted shortcuts to and pasted them onto
the Desktop, went into properties reassigned shortcut keys, then deleted the
programs out of the Icons folder. Everything is fine now. Now, on to see
what else I can screw up. Thanks all.

They are JAWS 7.0, JAWS 7.1, Microsoft Word, Talking Typer, Talking Typing
Teacher, and a couple of shortcuts to Web sites.

Thanks again
