Eric, we can't get rid of it if it's anything like the FedEx system. That just isn't an option. Calling the Support team yielded no effective results at all. Most of them weren't familiar with the kind of problem we're having. As I said earlier, I don't think it's Jaws completely. The Security system tends to stop all programs except the one which shows the Screen Saver mode and the message about pressing Control Alt Delete to re-start the computer. Then a password is requested. Sorry my friend, but your Support people were quite lost with this problem.
