Hi beatzepz. Your post was VERY helpful. I also had the same problem with Ashampoo Firewall. After uninstalling it my jBoss server started working normally again. I recently reinstalled Windows and it was quite difficult to figure out which change to the system caused it to suddenly stop working.
Still a newbie to jBoss and JSP, so wanted to pull my hair out after the umpteenth reboot without success!
