Does it mean that the proxy is not working properly?
Browser shows the directories and indexes updated 03-Mar-2012 ... 
under the http://repo.jenkins-ci.org/releases/org/jenkins-ci/main/jenkins-core/

btw 1.447.1 is in maven.jenkins-ci.org-cache [1].
Does that count?
