Hi all, So far, jobs are loaded at some moment between "EXTENSIONS_AUGMENTED" and "JOBS_LOADED" milestones on Jenkins startup. JCasC is more and more used everyday and it applies changes in the instance configuration between the same milestones, so there might be a collision between them. To fix this situation and prevent the instances/plugins from being unable to start, I've opened https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/4450 as a proposal to add some new milestone to Jenkins. Please, anyone interested in this to review the PR. Any suggestion, missing use case, concern ... is more than welcome and appreciated.
