What I have found is that whenever user gives maven release from user credentials it overrides Jenkins user credentials on that slave and after svn checkout fails. Workaround is I have provided read only rights to auth directory of svn so after maven release it never overrides and works properly. But this requires one time casing of Jenkins common user and I have to do manually on all the slave as I have 9 slave machines.
