I'm resolving this issue with reference to robjohncox's answer on stackoverflow.
It turns our the the big-unsplitable build is run by FinalBuilder, which basically makes it the responsibility of FinalBuilder to give you the insight you need.
To use Jenkins, you should let Jenkins execute the jobs rather than FinalBuilder, then you would be able to see what your looking for in the console output - as the job executes.
