At SpareBank 1 (www.sparebank1.no) we experience the same issue. Sometimes Jenkins does not update the local maven repository with the latest snapshot build from Nexus.
This bug leads to erroneous behaviour in our test systems. Expected bug fixes are not appearing in our deployed builds.
Our setup is Jenkins 1.533 using Maven 3.0.4, Git 1.8.2 and Nexus 2.2-01.
We add this comment to hopefully get this bug prioritized.
