Oleg Nenashev commented on JENKINS-21789 Perforce: exception while sync error occurred I also see the following error on Windows hosts: com.tek42.perforce.PerforceException: Errors encountered while force syncing: error: chmod: FILE_TO_SYNC: The parameter is incorrect. I'm not sure the issue is related to connectivity issues... Does the p4.exe really calls chmod if it finds the Cygwin environment?
