Daniel Beck resolved JENKINS-12526 as Incomplete Update from 1.445 to 1.449 switched jenkins home from .jenkins to .hudson, leaving all my congfiguration and jobs behind! More information is needed. Note that some part of jenkins (e.g. CLI credentials cache) still stored files .hudson, and .hudson is the preferred location for the default Jenkins home if it exists.
